I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we are enjoying the windows and siding that were recently  installed in our home. We had been considering having this work done for some time. When we finally got serious about the purchase, I consulted with several different contractors in the Richmond area. Most of the people we met with were ready to make the quick sell, except for your company.       When you came to my home for the first time, you got right down to business and measured everything before you even sat down to talk business. I was pleasantly surprised that when you were done measuring, not only did you have a detailed estimate of the job, but you also had samples of the windows and siding you would use. Your company was the onyl one that provided actual samples to see as well as an estimate that laid out exactly  what would be done. You also had consideration for my home and took your shoes off when you came inside to show me eth estimate and the samples. These small elements of great customer service are just the tip of the iceburg.       It is becoming more and more difficult to find good workmanship such as provided by Lonesar. Even though Chris was a little grumpy in the morning, he has to be one of your best people assets. He treated your home like it was his own and made sure all the work was completed to his satisfaction, which I think may be a little higher than mine. Chris and his crew worked like a well-oiled maching - Benji, Lonnie, Arthur, Donnie Ray - Great Job! They were a blast to be around, so kind to my family and especially kind to our dog, Duke.      If we had a question or issue, it was handled immediately. When the job was completed, there was no one standing there with their hand out waiting for a check. We were given time to look over everything and make sure we were happy. All of the Lonestar employees, from Frank and Greg, all the way down to thte installers went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my decision to use your company and the products you suggested. The work you did looks great and I am sure that I will reap the benefits for years to come. Over the years, I have had a lot of construction done on various houses I have owned. In all of that time, I have never dealt with anyone that was as courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as you and your workers. I wanted to thank you for your outstanding efforts and service in renovating the exterior of our home. It certainly looks like a brand new one!      Throughout the process we had many questions. When voicing any concerns or questions we had, there was always an answer. If it wasn't immediate, then I got a phone call later with a great explanation. The guys on the job site were polite and had great craftmanship. They made sure I approved of all improvements they made to the home.      Your approach when we first met was top notch and not pushy. I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to thank you for the job you did on our double-wide moblile home. It looks completely different now!!! You have exceeded our expectations a hundred times over.... We have actually had people stop and ask "Didn't there used to be a double-wide here?" and now there is a log home!!      You took on a job that you had not done before (although you knew your crew could do it). It was new to you. Well, it was all new to us as well. We had never had any major work done on any home we have owned. We are so pleased we to a chance with your company.      Anytime I called with a question you alway answered or at least called right back (just like your commercial said you would). The crew you sent to do the job of wood log siding, double hung windows, and a steel roof was second to none as well. Chris is a perfectionist and I knew as soon as I met him that he would do a wonderful job. Arthur, Benji, Lonnie, and Donnie were all hard workers and a joy to have around. I asked lots of questions during the whole process and those questions were always answered, and if they did not know the answer, they would call Greg or Frank (the owners) and get me the proper answer.      We will recommend you to anyone we know having work done and rest assured that if we decide to do any other major projects, Lonestar will be the FIRST and ONLY company we will call for a fair deal and a job well done.
